- We will evaluate the current company position regarding the general strategic and the Compliance foundation. Consideration will be given to the current legal Compliance issues.
- A working Compliance Action Plan will be established to reduce overall regulatory exposure. The internal Compliance Department will be set up using the Compliance Startup Checklist and the ongoing checklist.
- Distributor infraction monitoring, enforcement & documentation while collaborating with the Direct Selling legal team will be a priority.
- Review of the legal documentation such as the Policies and Procedure and other required legal document. The Polices at a Glance will be developed based on the current or proposed Marketing Policies. They will be customized, developed, and implemented with coordination from the legal team.
Plus more tasks will be included based on need.
